At times…
It can feel like all is lost.

And still...
there is a steadiness within that tells us…
it is never lost
we are more than our burdens
there is always hope.
Within each of us resides a wisdom that gently and sometimes not so gentle wakes us up to the truth.
It resides in the stillness within.
Beyond the noise.
Beyond the drama.
Beyond the heavy thoughts.
